How to skip the WW and EA legals at the start?

How can I skip the EA and WW logos that appear as the game starts? I must add something to the shortcut command line?

Yes you will still be able to play online after removing the .bik files. They do not effect online play so 'OOS error' is not an issue.

With the legals.bik removed, a error message will appear?

No, there is no error message if you remove the legal .bik files. The game just skips straight to the start screen.
