there aren't many famous actors in the dune miniseries. the only people there I have seen in other movies or series are:

Baron Harkonnen - Ace Ventura 2 and some tv serie where he was a doctor

and I don't remember the name of the guy the baron was in ace ventura 2, but it was the first white guy he met in the temple. he who gave him his assignement or brought him to it. don't remember

He who played Stilgar was in movie miniserie Attila the Hun, where he played Attila's uncle. With same scar on head as well as style.

In movie young Attila's tribe was annihilated and he escaped. After some time he met his uncle, chieftain of one tribe, and adopted him. I can say he was his uncle as well as mentor.
