Betting on when who is assassinated, or when and what a terror strike will be? The only place I could see this happening would be in Las Vegas...but doubtful even there. Glad they cancelled it.

But at least they found their error and call it "unbelievably stupid". Better suited definition doesn't exist. If this was the preventional work against WTC and Pentagon attacks, than I have no doubts that CIA is useless.

These guys were going to have something simiular to the stock market. I could see the "Axis of Evil" having something like this but the "Allies" how utterly stupid can they be and these are the people who protect the security of the free world.
