7Zip is freeware. WinZip and WinRAR are both shareware. All 3 will open zip files.

You first have to 'unzip' the file, using WinZip, WinRAR, or 7Zip.

I just found out I can still change to the Fed2k theme, but not within a thread. I have to go to the main page to change the theme. Still no Underground theme though.

I don't see an Underground theme, and the Fed2k theme no longer works for me. I just made this new post and I was able to come back to this thread without having to leave the forum and come back. It was this thread that it happened in before, that after making a new post I couldn't view any threads until I closed the forum and came back. Now it seems to be working OK.

It's really not that big of a deal to me. I just wanted to check and see if any messages came with the move from the old forum, which they didn't. I think I deleted them all anyway. I don't expect to be getting many, if any, private messages here. What's rally strange is that every time I make a post, I can no longer view any posts in any threads. I have to close the browser window and come back to be able to read any more topics. Any topic I click on just takes me back to the main page of the forum. It doesn't happen when I edit a post. Only when making a new post. This is the only forum that happens with, and a couple of other forums I visit are IPBoard.

Yep! There was a check mark in that option. I've removed the check mark and now I see that button, but only in the FED2k skin. It's still not there in the IPBoard skin. Maybe it's because I don't have any private messages yet. Maybe it will show up if I get one.

That's the default IPBoard skin. I don't much care for the black skin. I did try that skin though and it looks like I still don't have that option.

I guess that explains why I couldn't find it. It would seem I don't have that option.

It would appear the post count isn't incrementing for the Ghola group, which might explain why after 5 posts (including this one), and in MisterHinton's case -19 posts, approval is still necessary.

This will be the 4th post since I registered as a new user and the posts still need approval. It seems this option setting isn't working right. I understand using it as I use it at both of my forums. Someone needs to look into it though and possibly correct any settings options.

Let's see if this works, now that I have more than 2 posts.

I was finally successful in registering under a new name, since I couldn't log in under my old name. I even sent Jessie an email asking for help with my old name from the contact page of the web site, but never heard back from him. Oh well! I'll just use this name from now on.
