This is the first image of Earth (top and middle) taken from another planet, with a digitally created reference to show the Earth's position.

thats really awesome. It reminds me of the picture taken from voyager 1 right before it was going to start it's mission of exiting the solar system. it turned it's camera towards earth and took a picture of it. It is really humbling to see earth as a little piece of dirt hanging in nothingness.lol
