I have a question, does anyone else see the X's? Are they always there? If so, then couldn't there be combinations of IP addresses with the first 5 or 6 numbers that are the same?

The IP addresses aren't reversed completely, but the order of each of the four parts of the IP are reversed.

ie 123.456.78X.XXX is actually

XXX.78X.456.123

And schorpie, all those people are not the same guy.  They are people that cable2ghz has hacked their logins.  He goes on their names and gives his clan free wins to steal points.

No, it does not.  If they are on the same network (like you suggested), then only ONE computer of the ENTIRE network can play emperor.  One computer of the network is a DMZ host, which means it bypasses the security features of the router/gateway that the network runs on.  If the network isnt on a router, it must have seperate IP addresses coming in from a single connection, then split by a hub.  I have played emperor under both networking systems.

Besides, these people dont even live within 100km of each other, let alone use the same network.
