I've made a Tiberian Sun mod about US Operation Ethernal Freedom in Afghanistan, but it is small and easily adaptable for iraqi crisis. Enjoy ;D

to make and stuff butt any1 some tips and tricks?

I'm afraid im keeping my tricks secret at least until the contest is over (obviously they'll be easy to discover then) but if you run into any problems then we at dune editing will help as best we can.

That "zzn" is my own file type, made by my own editor, but it can be opened by anything else, i.e. Notepad. It is just a readme file, also I'm not sure, if it's in english or slovak... ;D Anyway, you need just Rules and Art in TS directory.
