Well, that would be nice... but it isn't so.It's like the death penalty: USA has it, but you advice everyone else (actually oblige) not to use it.Not every state in the US uses the death penalty. Only a minority do. In my state there is no death penalty, the worst you can be sentenced to is life in prison. I was thinking of the one's where they let you weight lift, feed you three big meals a day, let you all watch television, let play basketball, let you take up a skill, let you become educated...
