Early on, the CIA didn't have many rules to follow, so bad things were done. The DGI is a cuban KGB-clone, pretty interesting that they have that.

The only way I see it that the US will go away is if only the name goes away, and is joined with another country or more. Right now, it is the biggest power in history. They don't fall just like that ;)

Maybe it won't fall because of external influence, but because of internal conflict. There are many minorities in America, and there isn't much in common between a Texan cowboy (read: Bush) and a New York city guy.

There has been many different cultures in the US. But society is making us tolerant of these cultures, with exceptions of those who do not wish to follow society. Also, the boundaries of the states help us stay within our culture. If we venture out of it, we are a stranger in the land, but most of us would have a good time observing.

To Caid Ivik: yeah, we'll rise! and when we'll do that it should be towards the stars! We should start a huge space program in order to find a colonizable planet to settle on. I'm sick of all this misery and poverty here on Earth so I think we should look for a better future "out there".

That's the only cure to overpopulation, starvation, wars, etc.

At leaft for some houndred yers the humanity should be busy colonising...

As for us (RO) we should colonise a planet... and after it's population will be larger than the pop. on Earth we'll move the guv. and capital there.

We can't actually know what the secret services are doing. If we know that means that they're not doing their job as they should.

It's their job to be stealth as well as effective.
