Apparently the DEA has nothing better to do than bust an old hippie for making water pipes and selling them. :- You think maybe they should be focusing on more of the Terrorist group’s because that’s where the pot comes from; well that is what all those commercials say. ::) So if I grow my own then at least I’m not support anyone but me.

Ignoring what is going on at home is a bad thing, so it isn't surprising that people who are still breaking the law get busted. In fact, I'm glad people are still getting busted - shows we aren't obsessing about terrorists.

So his bust has nothing to do with his interview in North Carolina almost exactly a year ago talking about the medicinal benefits of marijuana... I'm sure they had some other really good reason. Rather then worry about what some old hippie why not get the DEA out to dispurse the group of crack heads running around my neighborhood trying to sling to kids... to me they are picking the lesser of two evils.

Breaking the law is breaking the law, when they find out about those people in your neighborhood, I'm sure they would deal with it, too. Alert your local authorities or something.

they've been alerted and came out here a few times yet the problem still persits, they've been called back and dont come anymore... I guess they find it eaeier chasing old people they dont run as quick...

Now its breaking the law for Chong to sell water bongs across state line but when the corner gas station get a shipment of roses that come in glass tubes that crack heads use to cook and smoke from that company doesnt get even a lil slap on the wrist... Its my opinon that they just picked an easy target. Maybe its just to keep them looking busy while they hunt for all the Terrorist groups actually selling the marijuana...

I don't think those agreements have any bearing, because then every illegal website would put that on, and be free from persecution.

Who said the website was illegal? I really dont think a DEA agent was surfing the web and found Chongs site and decide to bust him... Besides that disclamer is just like the ones on WinMx or Kazza or whatever the person uses to download music or other media that wasnt bought by the person downloading. They always include something about how law agents cannot use information gathered there for prosecution...

Nope, no shops, he just sales his pipes to others to sell at there stores, like Flashbacks and Infinities End. So why not arrest them too? I think he really made someone mad with his pro-mairjuana interview a year ago and its just now catching up to him... :-
