What ever happened to the Washington sniper. I mean, he was all over the news one minute and then he was just gone. Did he get arrested?

He's going into trial. The media is centered on Iraq now so you probably wont hear much about him.

dont quote me but I remember hearing something regarding a lack of evidence and the possiblity of him being let go... and nothing since that... so I'm not sur eif it was true or not.

I would certinly hope not but with the way the legal system works all most anything is possible...

If they were arrested for that other shooting (in Alabama or something) they did before the sniping and if enough evidence wasnt provided wouldnt they be released? I would certinly hope not, and am interested when the guys will fry.

well i'm not sure, but i believe i read that he was arrested yeah, or 2 people... i'm not sure. Anyway i think they were yeah

Two people were arrested and will go on trial sometime this year, I think.

Yes 2 people were arrested and then they found out that the kid(17yrs) did the shooting and then the old guy drove....they are talking about they dont have enough evidence to put him to death but he will still go to prison when he is charged
