i need help...

everytime i go to get on emperor i get to where it says single player, campaign, multiplayer and then it goes back to the desktop :'( what should i do? reinstall the game?

yes, it was working fine but when i went to get on it today, it kept going back to the desk top

Yes, I think it is a good idea to reinstall. Especially if the problem just started recently.

no, nothing changed that i know of. except i changed my browser but i dont think that has anything to do with it.

right away, after the ea thing comes up right befor it loads

Lol, I just had the same exact problem... I reinstalled the game once - it didn't work. I reinstalled twice - it started working.

hmmm strange... there must be something different though.

Perhaps something was left in the registry that was supposed to be deleted. I always restart the computer after I un-install something before I re-install it, so that the OS can 'update the configuration files', if that makes any difference. :P

Yeah, that's what I thought too. My dad installed Norton Systemworks which deleted lots of random files. What a crappy program... But why then did I have to reinstall it twice ???
