How to make new XBFs

Can someone tell me how to create new XBFs. I want to make a unit which is like two sandbikes stuck together but without the 'wings'.

first you need the XBF editor (get it from dune editing).

Such a unit as you suggest is probably impossible to make, if not impossible very hard.

Open up an XBF with the viewer and you will se what I mean, the model of the unit is divided into numerous meshes which all fit together to form the unit.

Huh...To remove the wings, just find meshes 2 and 4( ???) and set everything to "0". It should look something like this.

I've got the XBF viewer but it only gives me a text file to edit

The first thing to do is read the text file included with the XBF viewer/editor program. Then run the program and look through the menus and look through the meshes of an Xbf file and try the menu selections. Also, you can check the menus to see what short cut keys can be used.

Yeah, perhaps with a click-and-drag feature for the meshes?

He is making more versions, but they will be spaced out more, because the new features are harder to add.
