you lucky devil, you got the 10,000th post ;D .

well, you couldnt add units or take them out, or it would make campaigns unplayable. i think. anyways, if you add or take, it really screws it up. a really easy way is to take ordos units and make them slow, take atredies and make the repair vehicle die SUPER EASY or not have it, or make harks slow down.

The idea is very interesting. :) Tell me what sort of units this mod may have, (i.e. their attributes, what their weaknesses are, etc, etc.) If I get the time to try the idea out (which will not be for a long time since I'm still working on my own large mod) I'll see where this could lead to.

That wouldn't change the way the AI use their units. It would probably only cause them to get more units in a shorter amount of time, but you can keep exploiting their weaknesses over and over again. :P

can you adjust unit power on promotions?

Have a very weak unit, like an atreides infantry, yet cost as much as a mino. With each promotion, the unit gains substantial power (this is the same concept as a mage in D & D- a weak starting character, but very powerful advanced character). So if this unit gets rank 3, it has more power than a rank 3 devastator.

Another idea: make a "super infantry" that can have limited SW ability once they get X amount of kills.

So if that atreides infantry gets 50 kills, then it can 'cast' chaos lightning- - not anywhere on the map, but only within screen range.

Also, maybe the ability to buy a SW from a starport (maximum of 1). Even harkonnen can "buy' an atr SW if he wants.

heh, i know probably impossible, but would be cool nontheless.

Yes that is possible. However it requires lots of different 'turrets', 'warheads' and 'bullets' all for the one unit.

That is also possible, however it would have to be a unit that can cause the same effect as the superweapon. If you're talking about buying substitutes for palaces, then no, it can't be done as far as I know.

Ok I'm going to try it out soon. The name sounds interesting.

EDIT: I just read the readme, and it said that the mod was created for people that need to cheat. I don't need to cheat, but I'd still like to try it out. :) :P
