Are you denying that they have found the car, gun, other evidence, etc. or are you denying that these would prove them guilty.

If you are talking to me, then I would say those were not found when they were in custody for a robbery and stolen credit cards, and when the press was crying "Sniper caught", but then they found the other evidence. I haven't had a chance to watch the news for a while, so I don't know if they set up a date for a trial yet.
