Atredies Capital in Skirmish?

Well I extracted Baklawa Flats and installed it into the maps so I could select it in skirmish, but I got the same result. So I can deduce that the rest of the campaign maps will follow suit, which means they won't work. :P

There might be some way to change the number of players by editing one of those files... not sure which one though.

I think that the .dme file that was used to create the map will be required here, so that I can put some starting locations in.

Well that would be the easiest way but there should be a way using a hex editor or something to edit the map.

Well I'd have to know what the hex editor program is, and where to get it. I'd also have to know what file to modify, and how to modify it as well. The .dme map template file would be the simplest solution here, definitely.

I'm going to see if I can get in contact with Stealth as he converted Hole in the Rock which I think is a campaign map.

If you like close quarters combat, then Hole In the Rock is an excellent map. However I don't like the idea of the crates in the middle in skirmish, otherwise people can just get an advantage by racing to the centre first and grabbing all the cash. ::)

like in BullsEye? btw, i cant get it to work anymore after i added Hall of Pillars and Knife center or somethin. also, the maps i added magically left too. crap, that sucks.

I'm not going to give my opinion on the map 'Bulls Eye' because it might start a flame war. All I'm going to say is that I didn't really like it, due to the rock formations being too big. I've downloaded ALL the maps on Fed2k, and they all work fine. What do you mean the maps you added 'magically' left? What exactly did you do to make them disappear? ??? ::)

No how can other people access things on your computer over the net that way? My computer doesn't know how to get to your C: drive, especially when your computer is off or not connected to the net.

or make it an attachment, then it will be on fed2k, but you shouldn't use that as a host, he has a 25MB limit.
