hi guys.

im playing warcraft 3 ;D now but something i bugging me. >:( i can't logon 2 the USA server that means that i can't find my budds from emp etc...., so am i missing something here is it true that i can only logon 2 the europeon server ?? ???

I'm not sure I can help, but I'll try. I have only been on b.net a few times, but it appears to me that I can only play on the US east server, which is where I am located. I am guessing you are in Europe, right, but want to get onto the US server?

It may be possible, maybe check around in the manual or ask tech support...but as far as I know, it can't be done.

Wouldn't playing on b.net on the wrong server just be laggy? I thought they seperated the US and stuff to reduce lag, as people in the East won't have a lot of lag from each other as an East would with a West.

Lol Duke, I must have missed that memo :P What did Nema say about Warcraft posts? If anything, the above is why a "community" exists." Now D3 will be able to play with people on other servers (oh yea...thanks eagle...I learned something too).

I don't have WC3, vut just out of curiosity, how many servers are there? I see there are four ladders. Is it one for each server?If so, I hypothesize that the four servers are located in...Eastern USWestern USEuropeanEastern Asia (Japan or South Korea)Please tell me if my hypothesis is correct! ;)

I guess so yes though I think it's just Asia, not West Asia :)

lol, what was I thinking (Japan + Korea is East Asia, not west!) Anyway, all of Asia, and Australia would probably be using the Eastern Asia server. The server itself is probably located in either South Korea, or Japan.

yeah, sure... ofcourse, the europians are the bad guys eh,. And the US the good guys. :)

Orcs are not good guys. Only the humans are considered the "good" guys. Somebody has to be humans, so why not USA, since that is where the game is made.

ok sure, but the orcs still helped the humans and the night elves.. (btw.. night elves also are seen as some sort of good guys, and humans are not totally good guys) but the undead are the embodied evil. There is no greater evil... not even the demons are that evil :) .

actually, in the entire game, there is no "evil" race, except for one. The Orcs have been released from the Demon Blood's twine, in other words, the Orcs are free and have no more demon blood within them and are now good. The Humans are not totally good, nor bad. Their just a mix. The Night Elves are good guys as well, watching over the world and waiting until the next invasion.

And the Undead, their just pure evil bastards ;D

well, the nightelves may be seen as totally good guys, but you read their history in the manual on the cd? There you see that the first demon invasion was the night elves own fault :)

ah, i like all races, i guess humans most... but just being unable to choose is such a problem!! online i most of the times choose random cuz i can't choose which i would like to play with this time

haha...I like all mostly too....but i usually choose Orcs since they have strongest melee units in the game. Also if i want to rush. same with humans...they rock! I finally tried em out and they are good. Scourge, i like for them long battles. And i never use night elf.....sux0r
