I used to be a (good) RA2 Modder, and recently I became interested again in this game. Now I was thinking, why not make a Dune mod? Do you think there is interest for it? Well, since I have nothing to do, I decided to try. I've not started yet, but is there anybody interesting in helping? If you are, or have any suggestions, please email me at dikke_hein@hotmail.com

I was actually thinking.. It will look too much like Dune2k, maybe I can better make the changes I want to Dune2k :) I don't know though if it also uses SHP etc.

Well... It shouldn't be too hard. I never liked RA2, and I didn't mod it, but I dod do TS (Shifting sands mod).

An RA2 mod is certainly feasible... try it, and see how you get on.

Red Alert 2 has a very large and alsovery complicated rules. Also I think that it have no desert-like terrain.

But for some assaults on other duniverse planets? Maybe.

YR does have desert terrain, and you can also make your own terrain.. And the rules aren't complicating since everything is explained in the INIs..

I think you should make 2 versions of the mod!!

Yuri's R - HArkonnen, Atreides + Ordos

REgular RA2 - Just Harkonnen and Atreides - (if you cant make a 3rd side) ;D ;D ;D ::) 8)

It's easy to make Ordos+HA+HH in the original, since there are 9 countries available.. It will be more work, ofcourse
