beating ordos homeworld with ease

When you go to the ordos homeworld the best stratigy is to send a carryall to the northeast of therebase. Once you find the great hall send 5 ornithopters in and destroy. And your done. ;D ;D ;D

I meant that the HK homeworld is also easily defeated. Therefore it doesn't matter which you attack.

i destroyed the hall and then it said something about an attack. There was one, I won. Then nothing happened and I started attacking. Do I have to destroy the entire base to beat it?

i played as harks and killed Atreides. the atreides are so strange. i blew a LOT of their building up with death hands. they didnt rebuild! so my first target was the Palace (send an advanced carryall in there to scout, then target. the palace can be killed with one hit)

After you beat it with whatever house you are playing with it goes to a movie and then tells you about the emp worm.BTW you dont have to kill the whole base just the hall.

Anyone else just use Freman for this fight?  Built about 10 freman camps and just started pumping them out south of the base, this way chaos lightning never did anything, and with 10 camps they came out in about 15 to 20 seconds on 5 speed, I believe.

When I beat it, all I had to do was kill the place, con yard and great (?) hall.  By the way, the great hall goes down real quick.  1 fedykin shot'll blow it up.  I bet the executrix feel really we-ll protected.

I have not visted the Ordos homeworld. Harkonnen one is semi-miserable, as gunships rush and try to take out the CY, then the barracks, wep factory etc.

I built air drones and sardaukar elites, plus rocket turrets.

Right now I'm using large minotaur/mongoose/sonic tank/repair vech forces and moving through them, blasting them apart /real/ slow...I have 4 level three minos....good stuff.

You must rely on stealth, not strength to win.  By the way, you just have to destroy the Con yard and palace.  Be aware that they can rebuild both.

They've rebuilt the con yard once, but then my minos destroyed it and I won the mission.
