athanasios Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Spooky things happening nowadays, is the end approaching or not?-I am a bit puzzled with the strong wind that struck yesterday night keeping in mind the great earthquake in Chile. Never happened before such a sudden brief and strong wind here. Just like a tsunami hit. From the religious point of view: 1 Kings 19:11.A quotation from yet another ridiculous article in Wikipedia:"Geologists maintain that there is no connection between weather and earthquakes."-Please read the relevant article here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earthquake_weather and you will laugh with the pseudo science of wikipedia. Do I give a damn s*** to what geologists maintain (citation needed) when I have available scientific data that prove the opposite? Data that is even quoted from the very same article of wikipedia(!): http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg19826514.600-curious-cloud-formations-linked-to-quakes.html
nemafakei Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Two examples and aren't really much to speak of, especially without a clear plausible explanation of what the connection might be. Moreover, there's not a shred of discussion about how common the cloud formation is in that part of the world generally. If you're going to speak of proof, a specific prediction made before an event, followed by confirmation, is what you're looking at. And no false positives.
athanasios Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Please reread the cited articles. I didn't say that you can accurately predict an earthquake from a climate change. The original article shows that there is a connection-this is the fact which is dumped by wikipedia. But from the connection till the accurate prediction it is a very long road. The cloud formations can put us in alarm, but the alarm might be false. The authors say that if recognisable cloud formations precede large quakes, they could be used for prediction,BTW: Did you know that the recent Chile earthquake was accurately predicted (location and magnitude-but not date) by a Greek scientist in 2001?
Khan Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Woah hold on. Location magnitude but not date. That's not actually that good. To find someone who will predict something happening somewhere is far too vague to count as anything. Also I notice you are enjoying the bold function of this forum in that quote but you have to realise that the NS article you quoted were quite specific about words such as could, might, may, if, etc. The article has the tone of a quirky piece as well so you may want to pay attention to these things before thinking they are scientific fact. Oh and read the next 5 words before you quote so selectively again,

Maybe they exaggerate a lot, but there is some truth in there after all-micros are better than zero! ;)

That earthquake is caused by billions of people returning to their bodies, and being resurrected.
athanasios Posted May 16, 2010 Author Posted May 16, 2010 And why should resurrection cause an earthquake? This could really be a sign of the end:The report says the number of disaster events has gone up dramatically during the past three decades. But the number of people affected by them has gone down substantially.
SandChigger Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 This is not the great earthquake at the end of the Age of Grace. That earthquake is caused by billions of people returning to their bodies, and being resurrected. So, in other words, souls have mass? Or no, the bodies bursting back into full living volume (they tend to shrink and decay, wot?) and then up from their graves is the cause, right? (What about when The Sea Shall Give Up Her Dead and all THOSE bodies come flying up out of the water? Will that cause a tsunami?!)Oh, God must love his "special" children!Where was my hysterical laughter thingy...Oh yeah!<img src="http://www.hairyticksofdune.net/extimgs/rolling.gif" />(Remember, evidence to the contrary, I do most seriously respect your beliefs. Or at least your right to them. And you're welcome to them!)
athanasios Posted May 17, 2010 Author Posted May 17, 2010 Yet another ridiculous post...Oh man. I am going to post irrelevant things just to see how SandTicker will stick his replies.Till then let me read something more serious and up to topic: http://www.artmine5000.com/Back on topic:http://www.theflucase.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3524%3Afinancial-terrorists-want-global-currency-global-central-bank-&catid=1%3Alatest-news&Itemid=64〈=enIt seems they are preparing for Armageddon:http://english.aljazeera.net/news/asia-pacific/2009/06/20096255353936689.html
SandChigger Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 Well, judging from most of this section of the site, "ridiculous" posts are certainly not against forum rules.(Seriously, after a post about the resurrection of the dead causing an earthquake, MY post was ridiculous? Now THAT is funny! ;D )Oh man. I am going to post irrelevant things just to see how SandTicker will stick his replies.Knock yerself out there, cupcake.(Ooh, one world currency! MARK OF THE BEAST! AAAAAGH! END OF DAY! END TIMES! GET YE READY FOR THE RUPTURE!!!!)
athanasios Posted May 18, 2010 Author Posted May 18, 2010 ... and you prepare for the RIPTURE! Besides, those 'sticks' in East Cupcake are really horny! :D
SandChigger Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 (I'm sure that was hideously clever when you heard it inside your head. Outside, not so much.)
athanasios Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 (Clever? Not so much. Funny? I am still laughing! With you dude I no more need to buy laughing gas.)
SandChigger Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 (Been sucking off the ole N2O tank, eh? That explains <b>much</b>. Quick, how many angels dancing on this PIN: 6666? And what are the wee little voices telling you today? ::) )
