Peter Berg claims to have read it as a kid, but before getting the job as director of the next Dune movie, I wonder how much he could have remembered about the book. chatfsh Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 Kyle McLaughlin (played Paul Atreides in the Lynch movie) said that Dune was his Bible when he was a young awkward teenager in high school and that playing Paul Atreides was an amazing dream come true for him.
