'Celebrity' Dune fans

Are there any? I did find one after a brief search. Michael Gove, a British Conservative MP who is the current Shadow Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families .

That can be followed by "There are Dune references everywhere" or "Shadow Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families?!" Said in a particularly derisive way. All the same to me really.

He is the shadow to Ed Balls, one of Gordon Brown's closest allies.  Just wonder what other people out there have read Dune.  Peter Berg claims to have read it as a kid, but before getting the job as director of the next Dune movie, I wonder how much he could have remembered about the book.

Kyle McLaughlin (played Paul Atreides in the Lynch movie) said that Dune was his Bible when he was a young awkward teenager  in high school and that playing Paul Atreides was an amazing dream come true for him.
