There is no need to reply to a thread, especially those older then a month, unless you have something to contribute to the discussion.

I thought the Sardaukar were already being trained on SS before House Corrino was exiled there.

Let me reword myself, or maybe reconstruct the whole thought. lmao

After the Sardaukar's Defeat by the fedaykin under Paul Muad'Dib, That the Sardaukar finally knowing defeat gained any strength from the encounter?  Also someone said that paul gave the Fedaykin Death Squads new weapons, But never said what they where.

Gained strength from knowing defeat? Hardly.

[hide]The sardaukar were never the troops they once were, first taken over by Leto and then replaced by the Fish Speaker army. Their defeat by Paul broke their spirit and led to weakness and dissention in the ranks, culminating in a sardaukar attempt on Leto's life. [/hide]

If you read Children of Dune, you'll know the answer.
