un..  :)i thank you for you help first, but the driver is not work

i still cant launch the game by game.exe and this program lag up my web page viewing, so i need to unstaill the drive and reinstall my vidow card again :(

I would try some other Omega older drivers the I use right now I believe is  Omega 1.6693-p. it' an older one but it runs Emp and BF2 just fine for me. Course, I'm running a Nvidia 5500/256 card. But the point I'm making for running Emp, is try older archived drivers you will get better results.

the problem is: its ok to get a older drive, but the major problem is the drive that you let me to try will lag up my window and my computer is used to work also :-X

Well, see if an older version can make emperor work. That will confirm it is a driver problem. Also, we can then tweak (change) the driver to try to make it as fast as it can be for you. But we must get emperor working, it is more important then windows and browsing ;)

I didn't see it mentioned but do you have firewall set on high or norton anti-virus running in the background?  If so, turn all those off first and then try to start the game.

Mine too before the re-image. Only thing I can think of was maybe an update from Windows that I maybe didn't catch and was set to auto.

ok this is a shot in the dark, defrag you drive and try again.Is your game disk harmed in any ways?

Choose performance with the Omega Drivers.Strange that you windows is slowed down(refer to defrag)

And Scar the Omega drivers is running with the devil.
