ra server time zone settings?

SUPPORT? Yeah, I'm not sure I get this post either. The way I see it, RA"s server must have an IP address. Therefore he is paying some ISP for that. We, meanwhile get to play a game we like, on-line, on a server with a lot of cool features, for FREE.  How common is that today?

Yes, he has to be. I don't know how they do it in Italy, perhaps there broadband is free for the citizens (and I'm not being sarcastic here, because I don't know much about how things are done in Europe, what with the different forms of government and all) but in America, unless you are War Driving, like I sometimes do with my laptop, you are paying to be on-line.

He is paying for his server, in a way, but he also happens to own it :P. He isnt European, as we have standards here, doncherknow ;).

I seem to remember him mentioning that his server was part of his business but i would imagine he is still paying for it.

He provided it for us all to have a stable platform to play agame he loved as much as the rest of us and to try out some features he thought would improve (and did IMO) the game.

Yes it is most unusual in this day and age for someone to provide such a service for free and he still does support the server, he just happens to be a very busy man.

Nunu, you silly boy, I know he lives in America. I spend a good bit of time in his home state in my travels, and in America, if your on-line, your paying. Not to mention the cost of the server box. My point was aimed at Nuvo, who apparently didn't get that.

Well yeah, he is paying for it as nothing is free online, like you said. And if it is really free, it soon stops being free.
