Yes.  The Commission signed a book deal and secretly mass produced and shipped the report in book form to bookstores across America.  Most will be charging $10 for it.

Dunno where the money goes, but yeah it's real.  Just head out to a book chain retail store and they'll probably have it.

yeah, there is a difference though for making people pay for a book that you could get for free anyways, its a way to make money, for whom though I dont know. it just bothers me though.
