glitch

i think i found a glitch, cept i dunno wat i did, mite still have the savegame with it on here. basically wat happened was that i was playin as the harkonnan and had a perminantly cloaked harvester......

ne1 heard of this happenin b4?

Well...it may have gone over a crate when you weren't looking and become inisible permanently. I've had that happen before.

Yes, didn't you know? If you get a crate and a little picture of a sphere turning shows, that unit that got the crate can now cloak. It's brilliant! I once had a cloaked minotaurus and NOTHING COULD STOP IT, MWHA HA HA HA HA HA!

I wonder if when you run over the crate with an MCV and it gets cloaked, does it stay cloaked when deployed to the con yard?

A cloaked Construction Yard, sweet! You could deploy it in the enemy base and no one would notice. Until infantry come by, then blow your yard to hell. But just be sure to build contrete in inconspicuous places (not all alone, but by other blocks).

Wanna talk about sweet? Have one of your NIAB tanks or a devestator find one of those crates. I doubt a con. yard would stay cloaked deployed because a mortar infantry I had that was cloaked after a crate when deployed was visible and killed by a sniper.

if one of my unit ran over a cloak crate i would want it to be a havester then my enemys wont attack it:) ;D

Just send a few infantry to spot em, then kill em with your units. Not that hard.
