anyone knows what means for these terms ;-

shai hulud, ......ya hya chouhada ,  ...

..... , ...

or,.. any terms you might know used ( relate to the dune game /stories ) .  

Are this language term has semitic or arab or latin style ?......................

Shai Hulud is the fremen term for the sandworms

ya hya chouhada means long live the fighters

While the wrods in Dune are derived from many languages, most seem to be based in arabic.

Also don't forget the names are sometimes depicted from Arabic as well, right Saddam...err...Shaddam?  Also the secret language of the Bene Tlielax is Islamic in orgin.

You know this kinda makes me wonder are the other versions of the Herbert novel different. I do not see how these guys, if they have the first Dune novel not see all of the information in the back of the book.

Fedaykin:  Keep in mind that this is the Emperor board, not the Dune novels board.  Not everyone who has played the game has read the books.

But to my knowledge, all of the reprints of Dune have the Terminology in them.  I'm not sure about the original Chilton edition though.
