Atomic Mitten
Try re-installing the game, if you have anti-virus software disable it whilst you install the game.
Apollyon
Copy all the files to your harddrive, then try installing from there. If that doesn't work, download the emperor install fix (find a link in tech support) and replace the CD files on your HDD with the ones in the zip archive, then install again. Atomic Mitten
Try cleaning your CD disc it might have a fingerprint on it or something.I can't send you the file because it's 231MB in size.
Apollyon
Ah. You're buggered I'm afraid. I've got the same problem with my CD, but luckily I had it installed downstairs on a different computer so I made up a new install disk with the working installdisc files and the ones from the installed copy of emp on my other comp. If you have it installed somewhere else then you can do the same.
