In Heretics of Dune, Tylwyth Waff refers to the Bene Gesserit as powindah. What does that mean. I think I may have missed something as he is excited that "The Bene Gesserit were not powindah!" (pg. 212) ???

I think waff also refers to them as not going into something and not getting cleansed on his homeworld (a a certain place).

Powindah do not share the Great Belief.

I think heathen may be a better translation. Outworlders may be too vague. If the BG would have shared the Great Belief, they would still be outworlders.

In czech translation it is an "unbeliever". I think it is more accurate.
