I've been trying to give them some breathing room last couple of days. Thay have my phone # and have used it in the past, and they have promised me that I will get a call as soon as something comes up, but I havent heard from them for a few days. I will call tomorrow.

I havn't heard from Westwood, but Newlords and I are playing right now, havn't frooze yet look at the ladder under all listings. :) :) :)

Im trying not to count my chickens before they hatch but no problem yet.

Hi Cbrick,can you ask EA exactly what was wrong on their server on wol.That would really interest me and Doc I would imagine too ! ;D

I talked to WOL today, they didnt go into detail about what was wrong , but they said they are still in the testing stages. They told me we need to get as many games as we can so that we can "load test" the server. They asked that we notify them right away about any problems. I also asked about the ladder and clan manager, I was told that they want to verify that the server problems are corrected before attempting to correct those problems. :)

EA will patch Emperor when pigs fly

all that this bugging is gonna do is have them shutdown WOL faster. they won't tell you that on the phone; but mark my words - within a few more months, you'll get an announcement from EA: "WOL is shutting down in 90 days"
