While i've only visited this site recently, i played Dune 2 and Dune 2000 when they were first released. I've read all the Dune novels so far, tho i vastly prefer the original Frank Herbert books.

Emperor has very very sloppy graphics dune 2000 has even better graphics :- emperor good game but it should have better graphics

Er, you're obviously either blind or you have no graphics card. Dune2000's graphics are the most apalling thing for their time I think I've seen (basically just RA graphics, but years after). Emperor, however is full 3D with lighting effects and very detailed textures and particle effects. They really just don't compare in any shape or form.

I agree ! The only thing better in Dune2000 than Emp is the radar screen.

Where in D2k when you hit the border of the screen you know your at the edge.

In Emp when you send scouts out you can't just send em automatically to the very edge of the map.

Try playing emp in 32 colours all graphics on medium or high.Just don't try to do it if your playing online.
