Did you try Trillian PRO V1 or just Trillian 0.74 .. .

I have been using PRO untill a month ago or so, it kept crashing on me and I got fed up with it .. so now I am back to MSN. [ innitially 5 until someone talked me into 6. Where that one can send files when you are behind a router firewall combination while that is impossible for 5 in some strange way .. ]

You could try to re-install AIM. And there are [ have been ] a few worm and internet attacks the last couple of days, won't be supprised if that took out a few servers or just cripling them. [ just as the WW Yuri's revenge server acting strange lately ]
