UK lottery games, might need some help..

Sorry in advance if this is spamming. Just need some info about lottery games in the UK. So thought to make a topic out of it. For fun I picked up one of those lottery cards [ the ones you find in stores and the ariport in the UK, scratsh some strange silver stuff of the card and you might or usually might not have a price.

Anyway, for fun I took a few of those things. Now, back home [ in The Netherlands ] one of them appears to be good for, let's say a considerable amount of UK pounds [ I'm not saying 25,000 nor are you. . .].

Now the only thing I know about those games in the UK is .. well, not much really. So hence this topic and any member here from the UK who could shed some light on that. Are they trustworthy in any way and can they just be contacted, anything anyone might know about them.

Thanks in advance. :)

Well, if you got an official Camelot scratch card you should be fine, but make sure it actually says that you winn a cash prize, and not just a 'Fantastic prize', which can often mean just a keyring.

Remember to read the smal print as well. :)

I went to a supermarket about 2 and a half weeks ago to get a lucky dip and I got a packet of tissue paper though a car was promised and when I looked at the prize list, there was NO car at all... :D

Thanks, there is a referance to a cash price and the fine print at the back is verry clear on any possible typo's that can be made making the ticked invalid, the amount of prices to be distributed and things like that.

Every one I asked about UK games like these answered about the same. If it are genuine scratch cards I shouldn't have any problems.

Think the only thing keeping me from getting it is not being a UK citizen. Although that would be easely sercemvented by mailing it to a friend of mine in the Northern part there. :)
