You have to right click the icon after installation and go to compatibiltity .. Then change to your firthur usage. (O/t Isn't this in Mehcanical issues Doc??o/t)

Use Win-98 or use Windows 2000.

I am currently busy right now.I have to make levels for Dune 2 but try those solutions and maybe today i will reply back.

Go to start and select run. Type there dxdiag. A new screen will pop up. On the display and sound tab, please run the tests. When done, go to the first tab and select save all info. Save it as a text file and attach it to your reply :)

I'd suggest to see if the tests on the video and sound tab run okay. If they run okay, then nothing to worry. If they don't run okay, let me know any issues.

Apart from that, I'd say try lowering your desktop resolution to 800x600 16 bit and see what happens.

Are there any background programs running in the background when you try to run EBFD, like virus scanner ? If so, make sure you close them before attempting to play.

If you have Norton Anti virus installed, try disabling or uninstalling it. There are several issues with Norton and EBFD.

Try to locate driver updates for your video card.

Let me know if the above changes anything to the situation !

The video and sounds' tests were fine.

All my programs were closed when i tried to run, And i do have NAV 2003, But i remember that i tried to run it once when i only bought my new computer and i didnt have my NAV installed back then..

Please increase your monitor frequency. Yours is 60 hertz which is stressing your eyes. :)

I know but i got used to it :-

This might take a lot of effort, could you de-install Dune Emperor. And then make a fresh install of it and patch it right away.

Don't install NAV yet if possible.

Yes i did, But it didnt work

But now i reinstalled my Emperor and the game actually working!

Can i install my NAV again now? 8)
