FAQ Links to Important Threads

I've always wanted to make this thread. It can be used to look at the older threads that you may have forgot about and feel the need to contribute in a good way (no spam) or was wondering about something you never knew about.

You could call this a FAQ thread, so if you have a question, instead of viewing all those different pages, you can just scoll down. Some may not be under right category yet.

I was bored and didn't want to go to sleep, so far I only made up stuff mostly pertaining to the FED2K website. If any mistakes post (or good suggestions). Hope I don't get in trouble ;D

Will update first post with new links. Note that some threads are out of date.

I don't think a thread like this should be made. If it were stickied, it would basically be the same thing as stickying all of those threads. Perhaps it would be best to archive these logs as HTML files?

you mean so that people couldnt post in them? makes sense. One reason I made it is so that people wont make same threads that were previously made and discussed, if a person wanted to add to them then they could. I doubt people want to go through 50 pages of threads. Also showing new users these threads may give them some insight on topics.

Some things are not mentioned in the FAQ(it would make it so long) so that is what this is for.

That's what the search option is for. If people don't want to make use of it, then I see no problem with them wasting their time. ;)

I dont like the search option as I dont think it works right(at least not for me) I search for something I know is in a thread and it doesnt find it.

me test it now to see if I'm wrong which im sure I am.

Ok i searched and found what i was looking for (my first post), but what if what the person is searching for is to broad and found in many threads? Ok i know about the advanced search thing...i have no further argument against the search thing.

But this will show people things they may not know and they may impulsivly make a thread about instead of searching.

My greatest argument is to make a thread for people that are leaving / coming back instead of every 2 weeks someone makes a thread about it..how many posts were "OMG nyar is back" or other people. ohh well my rant is over for now..night night :)
