Check this image and explain me:

How influence selecting the territory to attack from, to the map?

Does it change the map?? Or simply select the come of your units to the map?

Translation: How does the territory you're attacking from influence the territory you've selected to attack on the map?

Does it change the map? Or simply choose which territory you're units go to on the map?

1. Judging from the picture, you will be attacking the Ordos at a disadvantage. Since they have 2 territories that share borders with the territory you're going to attack, they will receive 2 groups of reinforcements each time (1 from each territory that shares a border with Chin Rock.) You will only receive 1 group of reinforcements each time reinforcements arrive on the map.

2. The map will change depending on the outcome of the battle over the territory. You are currently choosing which territory to attack. You are not moving any units 'reserve forces' that you may have. No reserve forces can be seen from the picture you have attached. If you successfully attack and capture Chin Rock, it will turn red on the map, meaning Harkonnen now occupies the territory, having pushed Ordos out. If you are repelled by the Ordos, they will keep the territory, therefore it will remain green, meaning Ordos still occupies the territory.
