hello i have a problem with emperor it goes slow as heck and i dont know why ive tried everything and i have plenty of space on my computer but it always goes slow can anyone help me? Acid

What are your exact system specs, eg.:

AMD Athlon 1800+ XP

512 MB DDR RAM

64MB DDR Nvidea GeForce 4 Ti4200

etc...

Also, could you please attach your Dxdiag?

ill tell you what i know is i have 14 GB avaliable, Windows 98, Pentium 4 processer,9. Dir. x. I think that it could be i need a better vidio card and sound card but its the only game that I play where it goes slow i also tried to put the +W and it froze up when i used that so I dont know

Click the start menu,click run and type in dxdiag and press enter.Then click 'save all information' and then attach it here.

Check out following game settings: graphics, shadows and gamespeed

Put graphics to low, shadows off and gamespeed to max

When exactly does the game start to go slow. Is it right from the start or after you have played a few minutes .. If the units just go slow rigth from the start have you looked at the game speed ?

Could you attach a copy of your DirectX diag file, that would help us to find any possible problems your systems has at the moment. :)
