Acriku
QuickTime has a specialized text track, and caption track. Although it involves you, yourself, adding it.

You have a digital version of a movie that displays subtitles .. now you're wondering if that is a standard feature or not ?I'm probably totally wrong, although I can't find anything else you could mean. :-

Terror
no, unfortunately it doesn't have any subtitles. I agree that it's not a bad idea to put that in games. It makes it a tad easier for people who cannot speak english 100% well and have trouble understanding everything they say
number6
Well the dialogue in Emperor is nothing to write home about and I personally dislike subtitles. If it is a foriegn movie I would rather it have the voices dubbed than reading text for 2 hours. Sort of takes the fun out of watching a movie for me. Terror
ehm, you don't HAVE to read the subtitles, and you can always turn the subtitles off ofcourse :-
