Iraq has debts to many countries (including RO) so everyone wants to receive their money... I'd rather receive them in a peaceful way, not by making a war-devastated country pay all those sums. It would be best to remove Saddam and try to make Iraq democratic... War isn't the answer...

Everyone wants oil?!?! There are engines that can run on water... engines hat can run on hidrogen, electric engines, etc. We don't need to pollute our atmosphere with car gases! We should change our point of view.

I still can't believe people think the war is just about oil. If it was don't you think the US would have finished off Iraq back during the Gulf War? That would have been a lot easier or why not take out Saudi Arabia? Most of the terrorists on 9/11 were from Saudi Arabia and they have lots of oil too.

And do you really think the US can get away with just taking over a Middle Eastern country? Do you not realize how many problems it would cause if the US just sets up another dictator in Iraq that gives oil to the US? You guys all make this crazy claims without thinking it seems.

You are true, most of them are naive and blind in their countries' isolationism. "Splendid isolation" politics were shown once and every one found out it was dumb idea.
