Ebb and flow of time

I have seen this for awhile now. All of the earth's wars, anger, hatred, greed and sorrows just pass through time, and all the while nature keeps going. That our artificial creations will fail us and make mistakes, we even die eventually. All seems hopeless at times. Still though time continues and it always stays the same. I am a christian myself and it just reminds me of the verse "the grass withers and the flower fades, but the word of our lord stands forever". Its just kinda beautiful and poetic that though we only think of ourselves (including me.hehe) that in my opinin, God is there no matter what. I am not trying to start an argument. I just trust you guys with this corny sensitive stuff.lol Know what I mean though any of ya? :)

true how things(plants, animals) come and go(mortality) but earth stays(almost immortal/immortal). depends if you look at infinite or not. Also TMA for your sig it might help if you put a link to the dune help page. (but hidden like link text )

this is never more apparent then when trajedy strikes or something really bad happens to you.

you want the whole world to stop or at least slow down, but it does not- time marches inexorably forward, and you cannot go back and change things.
