hmmm....lets see...i generated terrain (dont remember which one). then i set all terrain to be within like -1m to .5m

then set water level to 0

then make terrain 200% like 2 or 3 times.

then glaciate about 4 times

then make terrain 200% like 6 or so more times.

also set terrain to non-bumpy, smooth white

then positioned sun at low setting, darkened water, with red density haze

something like that. cant remember all of it tho

ok, well after I come back from spring break, maybe I can post pics of other peoples on my website(that is if Dune Jihad doesnt take up that much space.)

and then we could have weekly contests or something.(of couse the files would be in jpg that only take up 50kb)

and sorry gob for filling up the files limit. btw how big is it?

I like the colors Acriku-. and the brown water looked cool.

Ok I just made a webpage for my landscapes. There should be 52 of them, but some are not that good and others are similiar to others. I would accept to host some peoples who can not find a spot to host their pics(or too lazy to sign up for one) but I am leaving tomorrow for a week so it would be pointless for now.

and I will be working on them over the next week. :) odd how there is now 2 threads about terragen as some people may forget to view one of the threads.

Maybe we could start little contest and projects. But I'm sure a lot will change in a week at FED2K.

Those are awesome Andrew, are you using downloaded textures or only what came with the program?

I have downloaded some plugins, but I think I only used them in 1 or 2 pictures. The rest is what came with the program. As for downloaded textures do you mean color? or shape of land? I just use what came with it and I change some settings(of appearence). And one of my goals is to map most of Sedermia. It would be hard, but I have already started some like "Adune", "Islands"(which is Wumitu) and a couple others.

Yes I edited my post because I was saying how I would host peoples picks, but I'm not now unless you already sent me your pics or IM but I dont think anyone did(most people were offline) So dont send me any pics as I will be gone soon.

so ya, me be gone for a week after 3 atlantic time today.

I think gob said not to post pics about that in this forum, but I'm sure if you just replaced an old one with a new one it would be ok.(ie. delete any ones you previously posted and post one.) but ask Gob dont take my word for it.

EDIT - nevermind what I just said above. me need lots of sleep.
