Mahdi Posted January 29, 2003 Share Posted January 29, 2003 Way back in 1973 a director named Alejandro Jodorowsky recieved a vision telling him that his next film must be Dune. He woke up at 6 am, ran to the nearest open bookstore, got Dune, and read it all in one sitting. He then started production on what might be one of the strangest films that never got made, which involved such people as H.R. Giger, Salvidor Dali (as a crazy, egocentric emperor, go figure), Mick Jagger, and Pink Floyd.For those of you who are fans of Jodorowski, or fans of Dune who want to know more about his failed production, there is currently an ongoing contest which ends January 31 whose prize is the chance to ask Jodorowski ten questions about anything you want.
