out of sync

ok I need some answers.

I was playing a game,when suddently the message "out of sync " :O

appered,what does that mean,I only had one choise,so I had to quit the game.

Apart from a cheat, it also could be that virus scanner was turned on and screwed up the game. It also may be a firewall issue. Although, if it would be due to the virus scanner or firewall, I'd say it should most likely happen in the beginning of the game, not after a while.

the meaning of the message however is: Out of synchronisation, meaning that games on your comp, and the other persons comp do not play the same. So there's a connection problem. This can happen because of bad lag or packet loss

Cybo, do you put your graphics to low setting when playing EBFD online? The chanches of lagging will be less when the 3 other players have low graphs too.

I have all the settings to low beside game speed, it`s on fullspeed.Well,my cpu is the pain in my ass >:( ,it`s only 455mhz,so thats why I`m a lagger big time :-,but I`ll sooon be upgraded so then I will not be a lagger anymore ;D.I do warn the ppl I`m up against,,sometimes they drop out and sometimes it`s ok by them.That`s the reason why I just play 1v1 games,when theres too many units >:( I can eat dinner take a shower by the time my units respond.

yes, your computer can't handle the larger battles fast enough, and so your computer, and the other players computer are no longer synchronized
