Nyar it sounds like you have a pretty good GA 'zon. I had a lvl 69 hardcore zon with that kind of build once...Until a #$%^ing son of a $%&* paladin PKed me in a lvl up game...After that I stopped playing D2 for a long, long time...

I've recently gotten back into it, though. I never had the exp pack, but man, it kicks ass! I just got it yesterday. Doubled stash size, new class-specifics, runes, a whole new act and two new characters...if anyone doesn't have it yet I highly reccomend it.

I have lots of past single player characters as well as a lvl 21 sorc and a lvl 16 pally that I created on Thursday.

I play on USWest BTW. I hate how you can't switch realms...

sadly, it is true... i have started duping any hack i find

because everyone on d2 online has hacks... so if u try and duel and you don't have hacks... u may as well not try.

I truely hate hacks. Not everyone has one. And I hope the new patch they're working on get's out ASAP. And as far as your statement about duels goes, I've collected many ears from those who thought they could kill my poor "Dom blondje" (that's the name of my Amazon, and translated it means "Dumb blond") :)

Yeah ditto Nyar about hacks. If you're going to do that you might as well just play single player and modify all your saves to give you self max in every skill and like 10,000 life and all the best unique elite items in the game. It's an RPG. You're really just cheating yourself.

i have a couple players i set aside just for hacks... i don't duel i just bring them online to play online because they look sweet.. hehe whites look sooo kool

although i have met some people that only charm hack and they wear only the "worst" armor and i mean bad armor... they have armor with like 20 defence. and they do this on purpose

and they will say some stupid thing like whoever beats me gets whites or somin else...

so others will play them and die because their charms are soooooooooooooo hacked. and they are practically unstopable.

sometimes hacks can be unreliable as well... just the other day i was playing in hell in diablos lair area and i was killed somehow.... just a glitch i'm sure... my armor on her (hacked char) is like 30000 so... impossible to die.

o and never ever ever (not saying anyone here would) go into a game that says somin like "i will hack your lvl" because they are LIEING

u can not hack lvls and most likely they will say somin like give me those things for payment of me hacking you.. when they do that they will take your stuff and leave the game and you will NEVER see it again... i have seen it happen.. just a warning.

Earthnuker, if you have reached lvl 24, put skill point into Vengeance. Costs some mana, but will enhance your firepower about 3-times. Oh, and Holy Shock. With some points it's powerful (1-300 light.with 5 I think).

Can anyone tell me what ability is best against Baal? I'm in Act V right now, and I'm level 29.

Against Baal on 29? Slow down! I always waited until lvl 40. You should have good cold resistance, best with a nice big shield. Also, if it has three sockets, put into it runes given by Qual Kehk (Ral-Ort-Tal; or try it on a scepter, Eth-Ral-Ort-Tal is one of the best runewords in game). Take your best one-hand weapon (if you have Eth-Ral-Ort-Tal scepter you are nearly invincible), activate Fanaticism aura on right and Vengeance on left button, and that will bring him down in less than minute. Those Minions threwn before final battle in chamber (you should know what are they if you was in his throne room) are strongest units in game, so fight with Baal will be a piece of cake comparing to them.

Anway, I nearly completed the Isenhart set (got his shield, helm and case), and I also have this one hand "dire reaver cleaver", wich is really powerfull and fast at the same time.

ok, i started replaying diablo2 and tried to defeat mephisto.... wtf.. has he gone stronger since lord of destruction? Cuz i was a bit overconfident and rushed in, with lvl 1 auro of lightning resistance... i didn't even bother for those demons the first time... ouch! big mistake, cuz they killed me in the back...

retry... demons dead, mephisto still a big bugger who is strong and does a lot of damage, even though i have high lightning resistance

Well, I finished it today with my paladin (level 35 when I faced Baal). He wasn't as tough as I had expected :-

and not to forget that you will lose experience on death, and on the highest skill you are not even allowed to die, as it is equal to game over

He means "hardcore" mode. When you'll face Countess in act 1, have as high level as you can, she drops very good runes.

It might be used for cheating. But as honorable player I use it only for item storage ;)

Same effect is when you play multiplayer and store items in other player. Cheats are things like Jamella editor, where you can make a fully new item. That's cursed ground for me.

in shadowmaster you can cheat... you can hack levels and dupe items

as well as hack your helper's(that person that you hire .. don't know name) level...

jamella you can create weapons and armor and whatever else as well as hack your char's lvl skills... etc.

sometimes i get a character or 2 with some hacks and high lvl and make them already beat the game so that i can rush people's new character.... or so i can host a boss mod and new char's can join and i can protect them from the bosses with my char... while they lvl

I never played against other player, only in coop, so I don't know. But B-Net Realms are free from hacks, units are saved separately.

Unfortunately, battlle.net isn't free of hacks. But eventhough Diablo is an older game, Blizzard is continuesly working on a new patch (large one), which should take care of most of the hacks (hence why I think highly of their support). I personally don't use any hacks. If I finish a game, I want to be able to say that I did it without cheating. I truely hate hacks (as mentioned earlier).

Btw, is it even possible to dispose of hacked items in patches? Blizzard adds new items every now and then, so how would they distinguish hacked items from normal items?
