I was just wondering if this board would be changed now that Arrakis is no longer being worked on, and instead focus on Stefan's new remake.

ahh, darn i replied to this earlier but it did not show up somehow. Well, anyhow, the arrakis site is being redesigned with the current Arrakis version, probably a Dunedit download and last but not least the remake. Also the remake should allow me to redo Arrakis aswell. Using the new engine ideas i have i could easily make an 'arrakis mod' for it.

Anyhow, these things will probably be done whenever i get time, and i don't have much time... :-[

Could you make a link to the old Arrakis site...

It was kind of professional and hosted a nice game...

And when you are finnished, you are releasing the engine as GPL or something for us modders?

i did not think of a license yet, maybe i don't let it use a license at all. Still not determined, as soon i get time to fix things up i will put back the site, but atm i have little to no time.
