are there any dune mods out there that portray dune as it was in the books? the Dune games by westwood are all fun to play and stuff, but the units are sometimes to weird. in the book, most combat was done with blades, and tanks/artillary were almost non existant....

does anyone know of a mod like this?

there is a thread for each one of them i do believe, but the infantry mod and the realistic dune mod will be on some of the last pages of dune editing, because they were made a long time ago by Aplhabeta4000. You can get more info by downloading the mod and viewing the readme file, there is usually a whole description there.
