You could get the free screenshot program at www.howiesfunware.com and get some proof next time by taking some screenshots.

Howie's quick screen capture v 1.07 will permit you to take plenty screenshots during play.

I mean no offence, but it is a simple fact that if you do not provide sufficient evidence to prove that someone cheated, then we must assume that that person is innocent. If you don't provide evidence, not only will people be more unlikely to believe you, but your threads will probably be moved to the dungeon. I suggest you download the program rigel6669 suggested (I have it already :)) and use it when you play Emperor. Take a screenshot of you declaring that it was an infantry war, and the other player agreeing to it. Then if he cheats with vehicles and aircraft etc, etc, you can take a screenshot, post both screenshots here, and that will pretty much say it all. ;)
