I tried to do a little editing on the Harkonnen assault tank. What I tried didn't work out, but I also noticed it began firing mongoose missiles instead of shells. I didn't edit the bullet type in the turret attached entry. WHat's this about?

I've never tampered with the min and max X angles in the turret attributes, but doesn't it have something to do with how the unit's turret moves or how far it can swivel/rotate and whether it can point up to the sky etc, etc? ???

I changed it back but it didn't solve anything. I didn't make much progress yet, so I just started from scrap again.

Btw, I don't seem to be able to create another valid turret attach entry. Why is this?

Do you mean you tried to give the Assault Tank a second turret? It probably won't work, due to the model of the Assault Tank having only one turret/weapon.

No, I meant the turret attach entry that determins the max turret angle and bullet.

Btw, I modified the missile tank to fire missiles that have Death hand explosions, unguided. But I forgot to add splash damage and I could see nuclear missiles hitting just next to a unit and when the smoke clears the unit isn't even scratched lol :D

Try looking in the Artini, to see what it is your weapon uses; the tank may use mongoose warheads or bullets, with a 100 speed (ie conceptual). Slowing it down will make the bullet visible.

I didn't edit the part of the assault tank in the Artini file. But nevermind, I started over again so the problem is over.

And the assualt tank uses MM80_B. The mongoose uses HEAT_B.
