Medics weren't included because it woult ruin the "repair at ... veterancy" AND, it disrupts the balance, medic scouts? NO WAY, too fast, too cheap bring some with your sardaukar and YOU'VE WON, YOU'VE JUST CREATED AN NEW RUSH >:(

I am going to do my best for emperor to keep it alive for as long as i can.

Emperor has been dead for ages. ROFL. Nothing left to keep alive. What you see now is not Emperor, rather it's like the shadows left on walls right after the A-bomb fell on Hiroshima.
